We aim to send your  item(s) within 3 working days of receipt of your order and will contact you if we are unable to complete the order for any reason. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second confirmation when the item(s) have been sent. Please note all delivery times are estimated and dependant on which Royal Mail service you pay for. Allow between 4-8 working days from when you place your order, not including weekends and bank holidays.

Where an item is being made to order we will confirm delivery date by email.

Postage Charge UK

Standard 1st class Royal Mail  £3.95 (no tracking available for lost parcels)

Recorded first class Royal Mail £4.95 (must be signed for on receipt)

Registered first class Royal Mail £6.95 (guaranteed next day delivery and lost parcels can be tracked) recommended for jewellery or expensive purchases.

Please be aware, we are unable to replace lost items free of charge if sent originally by standard 1st class mail. Please choose registered post if you require this.

Returns Procedure

We offer a 10 day money back guarantee for any item bought directly from our website.  If your item is not suitable then please notify us immediately by email stating the reason for the return, the date and order number of the item(s). We will confirm the return address to send your item(s) to and the date they must be returned by. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card or paypal account.

Any items MUST be sent back complete:

1. In their original unopened packaging

2. With the original receipt

3. And  the item(s) must be in saleable condition

4.  Returned and received by us within 14 working days of our despatch date to you. 

We suggest that you use a recorded delivery service and use a registered delivery should you wish your items to be insured. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to London Zu. Please note, we do not refund any carriage charges paid and we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent.  The postage cost is not reimbursed..
